If you decide to apply for a job at Zeta, you will be requested to furnish us with personal details regarding yourself. This will enable us to assess your application, and failure to provide such information may restrict our ability to consider you for the role. Additionally, you may choose to provide us with personal information that we have not explicitly requested, such as information about your interests and social life, which may be present in your CV.

  • Information you provide to us directly - We gather personal information that you provide to us directly, such as when you submit a job application, create an account, or provide personal details during the interview process.
  • Information collected from other individuals - Personal information about you may be obtained from other individuals, such as references provided during the application process, including your past or current employer, colleagues, or acquaintances. We may also collect your personal data if you have been referred to a position at Zeta by someone else, as permitted.
  • Information from other third parties -
    • Occasionally, we may acquire information about you through third-party sources or public records. For instance, we may utilize a third-party service provider to conduct background checks and authenticate details pertaining to your prior education, employment, and/or criminal records, as permitted by relevant laws, which are present in your application.
    • When you apply to a job that Zeta has posted, we may collect your information from job boards.

How Zeta uses your personal information.

  • The recruitment, selection, evaluation, and appointment of potential job candidates (both temporary and permanent) for the position you have applied for, as well as for future job opportunities.
  • General human resources administration and management activities (in the event that you become an employee of Zeta).
  • Conducting satisfaction surveys to improve and manage the recruitment process.
  • Examining your application, such as verifying your employment references, conducting background checks, and related assessments.
  • Communicating with you and keeping you informed of the status of your application and potential future opportunities

With whom will Zeta share your personal information?

For how long we will retain your personal information?

We retain your personal information for 10 years after which it will be anonymized. Only necessary personal information such as name, email address, phone number and offer letter (if sent) will be kept for reference purposes in case you reapply for another open position

You may request for review of your Personal Data, and/or request rectification or correction of any Personal Data that is found to be inaccurate or deficient.
