Gary Singh is the President, North America at Zeta. A 20+ year silicon valley industry veteran, Gary has an extensive knowledge about the fintech industry and holds multiple patents in the mobile and wireless industry. At the core, Singh is a business and product guy, who understands how to build and take new and innovative products and services to disrupt status quo markets. Prior to joining Zeta, Singh was the Chief Revenue Officer at Ondot Systems. He has also held executive level positions at Obopay, Nokia Financials Services and Aruba Networks. He comes with over a decade of experience at Zebra (through multiple acquisitions — Motorola Solutions enterprise division and Symbol technologies), where he helped pioneer the WiFi market to automate supply chain operations. At Zeta, Singh is responsible for the company’s go-to-market, operations, growth and overall financial performance in North America.

Eric I. Goldberg Partner, Consumer Financial Services, Data and Technology (CFS+), Akerman LLP
Eric Goldberg advises clients on consumer financial services issues at Akerman, focusing on federal and state regulatory matters for deposit accounts, payments services, prepaid cards, money transfers, and credit products. He counsels on fintech products involving virtual currency, blockchain, and data aggregation, evaluates UDAAP risk, and advises on compliance with EFTA, TILA, TISA, GLBA, BSA, MLA, Dodd-Frank, and FTC regulations. Prior to joining Akerman, Eric was Managing Counsel for Regulations at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) where he led the Agency’s payments regulatory work.
Eric also worked for several years at an international law firm where he defended large financial institutions in putative class actions arising under EFTA, TILA, RESPA, UDAAP, and other Federal and state laws.

Kelvin Chen Senior Executive Vice President, Head of Policy
Kelvin Chen is the Consumer Bankers Association's Head of Policy. Kelvin joined CBA from Barclays U.S. Consumer Bank, where he led its Regulatory Affairs function and was a member of the Consumer Bank’s Executive Committee. Kelvin also has experience in senior positions in the government, including the Federal Reserve and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and across the private sector.
